Le film débute sur un anniversaire : Mo-Rae (Shin Min Ah) et Sang-In (Kim Tae Woo) fêtent leur premier anniversaire ensemble. Un an qu'ils se côtoient, s'aiment, vivent ensemble, etc... Après une matinée harassante à tout préparer, Mo-Rae décide de trouver le cadeau idéal dans une galerie d'art. A cette dite galerie, elle fera la connaissance d'un étranger dont elle tombe sous le charme. Attirés l'un par l'autre, ils passent le cap et couchent ensemble. Mo-Rae rentre chez elle, accablée par les remords. La même nuit, Du-Re débarque de Paris. Spécialisé en cuisine moderne, il est venu aider Sang-In dans un nouveau boulot ayant trait à la cuisine. Pour Mo-Rae, c'est la stupeur : ce jeune homme n'est autre que celui rencontré à la galerie d'art ! Elle semble même défaillir lorsque Sang-In invite son associé à résider chez eux lors de son séjour en Corée du Sud...
